Megan was a delight to deal with. She was so helpful, professional, friendly and not pushy at all. I could tell she just wanted to delight her customers and she totally did. An absolute credit to BMW. I just hope I can go to her next time.

Was told my service time of 0830 arrived at 0820 Sat around waiting for the MOT to done told around 1 hour 30 minutes I had to chase up with a member of staff over 2 hours later No one came up me to explain why it was taking this long ????

Miss match between pricing on the app vs what was charged, not clear at all if price on app includes or excludes VAT. When the bill arrived it wasn't very clear, the prices were all adjusted, rather than the full amount been shown minus 50% discount
