BMW wasted my time and money. They won't own up to their mistake. I had a problem with the venturi to intake manifold after the EGR recall. It's a known issue, but BMW refuses to replace my faulty part.

I asked the technical to look at one thing, and quote for it, because they insisted on doing the visual inspection. When I asked about it on collection they said they did not see anything.

Always informed along everybstep of the way. Lovely surroundings always clean. All staff very polite and never leave you waiting upon arrival. I had a lovely chat with Debbie in service who was looking after me, what a credit to BMW she is!

I found the whole process of getting the recall sorted as very in-person, more like a factory production line. A very short check ie an hour took all day, car wasn't looked at until late afternoon, I had other things to do.

The guys were great but this car is awful . I had to wait two weeks for a repair and in that time I burned through lots of excess fuel due to filter issues ! And then had to pay £51 for more fuel for you to do the fix !

service was completed within 30 mins of me arriving but then it took 2 hours for the wash & vac which wasn't worth it because the dashboard/controls had not been cleaned and mud marks on the passenger side were still there. Expected better from BMW.

Prompt appointment time given. Clear explanations and updates and pricing. Works done within 24 hours rather than potential 3 days. Car back on the road working better than ever after drivetrain and engine light had lit up and stayed on.

I suggested I could come early for my wait in appointment and arrived at about 8.45. I was expecting to wait a few hours but my car didn't go into the workshop until just before 12 ( a lot longer ) - I was told it was busy - I booked a month ahead

A first class courtesy car was provided for the duration - for which i give thanks. Beyond the service work completed, the car was immaculately treated and cleaned. The work wasn't cheap but it was (as far as i can tell) faultlessly completed.

Can't fault name mechanics and workmanship but on this occasion my car wasn't vac'd and washed as promised and also the guy from the body shop who said he'd look round my car and email Me didn't get in touch sadly. Small things but this is bmw!
