I did on line check-in and completed the questions. I noted that I would accept the courtesy car wash and vac. I advised a small dent in my rear quarter. When I arrived I had same questions again. No courtesy wash completed, no mention of the dent.

Dreadful service. Sent I4 M50 in for a charger cable fault just before 3 years old(the 3 pin charger had only been used once and failed). BMW Tamworth were appalling from start to finish. Had car for two weeks when there wasn't a fault on the car!

I asked for the driver side sheet trims to be refitted and it was overlooked and the car interior appears to be vacuum cleaned on the driver side of the car but not the passenger side.
