I found the whole process of getting the recall sorted as very in-person, more like a factory production line. A very short check ie an hour took all day, car wasn't looked at until late afternoon, I had other things to do.

The guys were great but this car is awful . I had to wait two weeks for a repair and in that time I burned through lots of excess fuel due to filter issues ! And then had to pay £51 for more fuel for you to do the fix !

At just 57k miles, a drivetrain issue is disappointing, especially as all services were done on time by your team. A slow oil filter housing leak found soon after service could have detected earlier in previous servicing a month ago, I lost trust

Very unhappy that this issue of getting a new key after buying the car in July 2025. I have been given the run around trying to get this replaced. I have bought at least 6 cars from sytner over the years and this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
