The guys were great but this car is awful . I had to wait two weeks for a repair and in that time I burned through lots of excess fuel due to filter issues ! And then had to pay £51 for more fuel for you to do the fix !

Very poor customer service from Debbie Perry, she was not helpful at all. When asking questions it was one worded answers, but all she was interested in was taking payment, and threatened that insurance will expire on hire vehicle if payment is not.

After coming to you with an issue and telling me nothing was wrong with the car. I have been told I have a slow puncher in my tyre. No wonder my car wasn't holding the road. You basically lied about my tyres being fine! Disgraceful

It was on the expensive side, which might be appropriate for newish cars. On bit older cars this may not be economical for owner, especially if the car has been serviced at the same garage for many years.

The whole process is trouble free. I pulled the car in, handed the keys over to waited with a courtesy coffee and a book. Could see my car being worked on and it was returned washed and cleaned. A top class job by the whole team

Would have been 5?? but the complementary wash and vac was not completed as I would expect and the hand over was rushed as the pick up bay was full. (Had to walk outside into the car park where it was pouring with rain.)

Dealership was fine although having used you repeatedly, no matter how early I drop the car off or what it's in for it's never ready before 4:30/5pm. Not being able to talk to someone when making a booking is extremely frustrating (missed call backs)

Service was friendly although the work they were planning to do was going to cost twice as much as the online quote. Queried and rectified but still ended up costing over £100 more than online price. Also, 90 min service took 3 hours, no explanation

Very unhappy that this issue of getting a new key after buying the car in July 2025. I have been given the run around trying to get this replaced. I have bought at least 6 cars from sytner over the years and this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

My car was booked for an oil service charged over £600.00. On my return home journey the oil warning for low oil flagged up.. the oil was replaced to a minimum level not 6.1 litres stayed. It required a further check and more inconvenience.
