Sytner Tamworth are excellent. My only minor complaint is receiving text messages at 6am from a central function trying to sell me extra things under the banner of checking in which is completely unnecessary and irritating.

BMW sent me an email stating that my 3 year service was due and to click a link to get this, an MOT and a free end of warranty check. The link did not work so I had to book over the phone. The garage stated that they don't do end of warranty check

The service was okay. Debbie was nice and accommodating. I did not like the fact that Sytner attempted to charge me £15 for the hire car when this recall is directly a fault of BMW. If anything, this should be recharged to BMW and not the customer

If you had all the parts in stock to complete the warranty work this would have been a 5 however I understand stock levels on certain parts but the parts for my car are on back order. This is not Sytner's fault but it obviously affects the customer.

The car went in for 2 issue to be diagnosed. The car was dropped at 8 in the morning and was not touched until gone 4 that same day. One issue was fixed the next day and the other issue I feel I was fobbed off with (remote software upgrade issue)

Poor communication, fault stil not fixed after 3 visits. Paid for dashcam install, not told how to use it. On purchasing the car I was not told how functions worked. collision detection stoped working I was quizzed if purchased the car from there.

In all the years I have owned BMWs this is the first time I have not provided a 5 star response. My visit should have included the EGRC recall work. No replacement, just another inspection. BMW are 'fobbing off' customers concerning this recall.

I was over charged. Invoice was for £712 something yet I was charged £715. Car was not clean when I picked it up. I had to re-clean my passenger seat because it was covered in dust.

The service experience was great the inspection video was brilliant. My only reasoning for dropping a star was because I clicked the option for complimentary wash and this wasn't done I was offered to bring the vehicle back but its a bit of a pain.

Wing mirror damaged during service. I didn't notice it until I was driving home. couldn't adjust position electronically. Mirror came away whilst on motorway but as it was still attached to wires it damaged my door. Phoned next day to report.No reply
