My bmw developed a drivetrain error message on the way to Tamworth. I drove to Tamworth Bmw and explained the problem to your front of staff. They introduced me to KAREN SUTTON who on hearing that I was heading to Heathrow Xmas eve took my keys.
Items not happy with are covered in the previous section
although my X1 has had a re-occurring problem with the display and there is only 6 months left on the warranty I voiced my concerns about it happening out of warranty and was assured that you would talk to BMW on my behalf if this fault was repeated.
Efficient and work done in time stated

Couldn't fault the experience(this time).
Even though they were unable to find the fault on the 1st visit, they got a comparable car in to prove the noise i was hearing wasn't right and it was fixed perfectly on the next visit.
Service completed ahead of time
There was a delay due to availability of parts but I was kept fully in formed which helped to plan my day accordingly.
My car had a flat tyre and they fitted me in without an appointment. I was made welcome and could work at the dealership until my car was ready.
Appointment available within 48 hrs following crash of BMW Connected. System patch loaded - so far working ok. Well looked after throughout drop-off and collection processes.
Excellent service even though the service was very expensive
car was returned covered in bird mess, over roof, windows. wings and bonnet and white leather drivers seat had large, black marks from which i presume was from the service technicians overalls
Tom the service advisor and Nichola in the past have been a pleasure to deal with. Both are very helpful and accommodating
The service advisers and customer facing staff were exemplary but let down by poor work shop practice.
Fault on clicking noise is still present but advised car needs a longer running in period. Door glas drop was fixed.
Brilliant very friendly and helpful
First time user at Tamworth and very impressed. All work completed within 4 hours on a Saturday morning. Well organised and much better than Stratstones in Derby that I have previously used. Will definitely return there in future.
My car was damaged during the courtesy clean! The valeting team had obviously pre sprayed my car with chemical which was either too strong or was left to dwell too long, this resulted in some of my trim being stained.
Costs are very high
As said before. Nothing about how I was handled by Debbie, only the information given via MOT and Healthcheck compared to information given at another visit 2 weeks later. Lack of consistency and or factual results make me somewhat dissatisfied.
Quick, useful and good experience
Had to wait quite a while to be seen, I was looked after very well while waiting though. Once the service representative got to me it was 1st class service

The car was in service on the 12th Nov. Everything ok apparently. 3 weeks later the dashboard said the breaks were broken. Took the car back. Over £600 the repair. Now the tyres are deflated. The steering is also loose. I am unhappy with the car.

Looked after me from start to finish, no hassle...and always made me feel in control.
The service advisor was very polite and professional and I was informed of the thickness left on my brake pads and given the option if I wised these to be changed.

Everything to do with the service, MOT and pre-warranty expiry checks appears to have been completed to our satisfaction, our service assistant Daniel was very knowledgeable about the X1 model and very helpful and courteous.
Two weeks after having the car in for a service and rear brake pads replaced the car has to go in for a further service to have the brake fluid replaced. This is not the sort of service that I expect from BMW!
Score would have been 5/5 , but the clock was wrong when it came out of service!
All staff have been courteous and professional right from pre sales, sales and service whether that is phone/chat or in person at the garage.
Completing a major engine replacement is a very technical challenge but once again Sytner completed the task quickly and effectively . Customer service has always been of the highest order
The wet footwell issues was not solved, but these are often difficult to find, However service took me though what had been done to find it.
Everything went well despite having to leave my car there over the weekend as parts had to be obtained I was able to keep a loan car over the weekend.

Sales rep was very pleasant. But original car that was ordered was given to another customer. Internal processes need to be reviewed how and why that was allowed to happen.
When I arrived it wasn't clear what I should do. The garage area you drive into for servicing is a great idea. Customer parking in general is also good. Once I handed my key over and was seated, again it wasn't clear what would happen next.
It was as quick as what they said
You did what you said you would do and the car was returned clean and in good order

Service desk opened at 7am which meant wasn't late for work.
Only a brake fluid service but reasonably priced. The dealership was very smart and the hospitality was good. Slight downside was 2 hour wait (rather than the 90 mins I was advised) but the car was washed in that time, so no real complaint.
Clear precise information given which helped me understand what was needed.

Changing of ties completed in 1 hr however it took 2 extra hours to clean the car. The advisor did apologise but I feel that this is excessive
The roof developed a leak which hopefully has now been fixed on the second attempt. It was unfortuate that BMW ignored the advice given by both me and the technitian as to the probable cause and subsequently was not fixed on the first attempt
Can't fault the service and premises but two & half hours while I waited was too long for just an MOT. It's always been my experience there that things get done at a quite relaxed pace!
Vehicle was in for recall to fixing on rear aerofoil.Also fluid chec' undertaken. Car cleaned and vacuumed all within 90 minutes

The work was carried out as advised. We were told the car would be ready to collect at 12.30 . we arrived on time, but the car was not ready until 13.30. Time is an expensive resource for everyone, not just Sytner. you need to improve on this.

BMW customer service is always exceptional however I did feel the cost of £550 for an MOT and service a little overpriced as originally told on the phone when booking in that it would be approximately £320
no problemsonly complaint ,thought it expensive for two hours work
There was a minor fault with my car which, I appreciate, was difficult to isolate. However, they persevered and finally rectified the fault.
Kept informed of the cars problem being sorted
when presented with a bill for 2800 that started at 2000 I questioned this and its was reduce to 2400. I don't believe the costs charged are representative of the actual repair. It is plain and simple profiteering.
Work carried as per recall notice, however, on returning home discovered a section of black BMW trim and sharp stainless steel clip on back seat. No mention of this or where it had come from. Had someone sat on it ,.it would have easily wripped seats

10/10 Birmingham BMW had told me there were various things that needed to be done to the car. Tamworth were brilliant, no problems and checked all the areas I was concerned about.
Simply five stars. Nichola from service department credit to BMW. All staf manager makes me feel I am welcomed at BMW. That is the reason I am buying BMW . BMW such a fantastic cars, but at the same time fantastic after sale services.
Notwithstanding the issues above there was efficiency in the front of house.

My car was not washed and cleaned after this service was offered. They had my car all day and I picked it up in the evening. The lady I dealt with did apologise and offer to wash it, but I did not want to wait at tea rime for this. Slightly annoying.

They could not fix the problems that they were notified about and somehow introduced two new problems. I will have to book the car in yet again.
Didn't get 100% cost paid on a fault that was dealership's fault in my opinion.
I thought the drive in service centre js an excellent feature, however I'm dissatisfied with the time taken to complete a routine service. In total it took 4 hours, and after reviving my Vhc video by text, it was another hour before I got my keys
The sales teams approach to finding the right product on budget was appreciated. The car that we purchased wasn't one that I was aware of but better fits our current needs.
Kept informed of progress and topped up regular with refreshments whilst waiting.
The service was to a satisfactory standard. All faults reported were addressed and rectified on the same day saving repeat visits. The only downside is I was not offered a drink on arrival, which is a shame given the long trip I had made.

I had an overnight puncture.. Rang Sytners Tamworth at 8 am who confirmed they had tyres in stock and would be able to check the car and fit a new tyre the sme day Deborah Perry was the Service Adviser that greeted me. Deborah gave me great service .
Over the years me and my partner have had several different makes of cars and we have never been treated so well. We even said we would buy another bmw just based on the service you provide.

The lady (Nicola i think) was great and very apologetic and arranged to have my car fixed quickly, but did involve disruption to me and my business. Im still watching the brakes fix as i am unconvinced, but lets wait and see.
Valeting wasn't as good.Wing mirrors dirty,and inside of windscreen was dirty. The boot wasn't very clean......!!! I did not receive any after service paperwork.!!!

Everything was easy and went smoothly, salesman tried everything to get us a car, and even though we had to wait a couple of months for delivery this was not an issue and perhaps added to the excitement.
Lewis kept me updated throughout and gave me clear instructions on documentation that was required to avoid any delays.
