Identified a fault that I was unaware of and although they had the vehicle overnight I was not billed for the wheel alignment the vehicle was booked in for as a 'good will' gesture.
Ok on timekeeping / time told it would take to service the car

Since the original car purchase I've met Deborah Perry a few times over the last 2 years as part of my ongoing service plan and she really does take the effort out. I literally drop the car off in the teams capable hands and she does the rest for me.
It was done when it was convient for me and in the time space
Staff were all very friendly and honest, service was completed on time as promised.
Professional and friendly. Would have been completely satisfied if after my oil change the odometer hadnt been incorrectly reset. A minor issue that was dealt with promptly but only because I spotted the issue as I started the car up to drive away.

Service was good. Had a price for a full service though which was £150 more than Kwik fit which seems excessive for same service
Quick and easy process
Always efficient. Greeted by a rep when we arrived, explained about what is to take place, received a video of the service and rung to tell us to collect the car. Well looked after from start to finish.

bit picky but been to you a lots and hospitality has always been great, this time didn't feel special, guy who does the coffee was busy chatting away to his friend (one of your employees) instead of looking after customers.

It was expensive, they wanted an hours pay to diagnose that the remote was broken at £100 replacing the key costs £150. There was no offer to "see what we can do" which is what I expect for £2.5k of service.

Very slick and professional, but the 90minute 'Fast track' service took 150 minutes. From this and previous visits, things taking significantly longer than advised at outset seems to be the norm.
Great customer service and communications...especially liked the service video taken and sent from the Service Technician.....instilled confidence.
Would have given 5 full stars but for the checking in which took a while. But overall experience was very good.

I feel like half of my issue was resolved. but I still have a annoying clicking coming from my brakes. I have been told this is normal which I do not agree.
Car has never looked as good or run as well
The fault was rectified and the vehicle retutned to me washed and vacuumed.
Would of given a completely satisfied score, but I was told to back in 3 hours, and work was not completed for a further hour, a simple phone call could of avoided this.
The staff who looked after me were very attentative and answered any questions I had.
The problem has not been fixed.
Quite a long wait to be seen initially. Later, I was sent the MoT certificate for completely the wrong vehicle so had to get in touch to get the correct one sent through. And the Service Indicator was not updated correctly so I had to go back again.
Was very well looked after, good drop off and collection experience with good service including a drink for my daughter and I. Only let down was that the courtesy car was very dirty outside and we were the first to use it that day.
Tried to charge me £150 to change valves as after market caps had seized on, was charged £20 as the technician had sheered one off. Took me 15 minutes to remove the other 3 valve caps when I got home and cost me nothing! Money making exercise?
staff always very friendly and professional
Boot not cleaned on the first time and I wasn't informed that you didn't do this. Also, the electrical sockets at the working areas whilst waiting for my car and working from the showroom, did not work and this was not informed to me.

BMW listened to my needs, budget and requirements before advising me on the best deal. I was never made to settle for something I wasn't completely happy with.
I was happy with the experience of buying the car but the handover was slightly disappointing. The car was in a handover bay but there was no cover and no gift to thank me for my purchase. I had a better handover experience buying a Polo from VW
