Tom (think that was his name) was great, presume the actual service was ok. Unfortunately the 'birthday' car wash was pretty poor and the rear wiper hadn't been fitted properly. Mistakes happen, hopefully better next time

What a refreshing change. The Service department is how BMW used to be many years ago at my previous dealer. The service given to me by Daniel Armson was outstanding. He followed the car through and kept me up to date with its progress.
Not your normal high standards - my vehicle was with you for 2 weeks and 2 days for a recall where you didn't have the part needed? I have to initiate contact to get updates, often leaving messages for you to contact me which you didn't
When my car came in for a brake fluid service, it was valeted. On receiving the car it was clear that the whole car had marks and scratches which it did not come in with. When speaking to management, they were prepared to mop as a goodwill gesture ..
It was as expected took longer then expected and took a while to hand back they were very busy
It takes too long to drop off and re collect a vehicle.
Have taken car in twice to fix rattling sat nav and nothing has been done to fix it.

On the 21st Jan I paid for a first service for my series 1. On the 22nd Jan my washer fluid light came on indicating it was low. The service checksheet was indicated as GREEN and checked. I know its only washer fluid but its the principle- i expecte

Problem occurred on Friday and it was sorted on Monday. Video was emailed to me. Problem was a warranty item.

The issue I had at my last visit was when I asked for a lift to the bus station I was informed no one was available. I walked to bus station and subsequently wrote to Dealer Principal who apologised and resolved the problem.

Very professional . Just one criticism, I was charged for screen wash that I didn't need as I had filled the reservoir that morning with my own wash. As I paid £650 for the service, not very good BMW.
A previous defect reoccurred which meant a second visit was needed.
Even better if there were private booths for waiting clients to work. Cleaning of my vehicle was 'slap dash', not thorough at all. I took my car to an alternative garage for further work (identified at service) and they found the sump plug was loose
It would rate a 5 star and be the best I have ever had if I could just base it on the dealer part, but I have to include the "customer booking centre" which did not even know what car they where booking into the dealer.
The problem was not resolved.

The service included a Health Check.Iwas advised that the oil did not need changing for another 3000 miles which will involve another service and costs. This was in contradiction to what had been advised at booking. Oil level was low on collection.

I arrive, they provide clear info on whats going to happen and the costs. We received a John Lewis voucher which allowed us to walk around while we waited for the service. All and all it was a delightful day which normally are dreaded experiences

I liked the drive in service area but found the length of time I was kept waiting to see a member of the service team a little on the long side.
A very modern dealership that has great staff. Wasn't kept waiting. Problem fixed under warranty very easily & use of bmw assistance as recommended meant I got a hire car whilst it was fixed. Only downside was the programme updates. Upset my prefs.
Same as the answer above but the extra basic health check performed was a welcome surprise.
As I was passing, I called in to book a service. The receptionist asked the purpose for my visit. She then filled in a form which she took to the service dept. I then had to wait 25 MINUTES before someone came out to see me. Not impressed.
Tend to deal with brad who is excellent and professional
They found a problem with my car during their vehicle health check which they fixed under warranty but they offered and gave me a courtesy car so I could continue my day whilst they fixed the problem.
Fantastic service on the day, however the lack of courtesy car was very disappointing.

Only slight niggle was the time we were kept waiting to be seen, but at least we were informed what was happening at all stages
Despite some initial misunderstanding about what work was or was not covered by warranty I was satisfied with the repairs that were completed.

Basically we were surprised that a service was not required due to low mileage, however the MOT was necessary and there was a recall procedure which we were not aware of to be carried out.

Excellent and didn't move my drivers seat or steering wheel position as requested. Only a small thing maybe though can be so irritating when this is ignored.

As above, overall a good experience unfortunately watered down at the delivery stage. Sales contact very helpful and stayed late to try to accommodate our difficulty with being able to show-up for delivery at late notice.

Purchase was very good. In respect of handover I would have preferred for the handover suite to have been used as the base for the whole handover experience. Something that I and my family have experienced in the past.
