Sytner have given a great service every time. Debbie has been particularly good- no difficulty with Sytner at all. It is the reliability of the car and Time I have to spend keep on going backwards and forwards to the garage that is the issue as above

Great service every time
I was given conflicting information as to when the service was required ie at 18000 miles for one annually for another. + I was told about a service plan after the car had its first service and therefore no longer qualified.
Took 2 visits to sort the issue. In the end it was a software upgrade which I was told should have been found at first visit.
The service received was modern, professional, polite and welcoming. While waiting for my car to be dealt with I was offered coffee and the waiting area facilities were first class. Lola , the member of staff who dealt with me was excellent.
The person dealing with the car is doing a great job, it's a technical issue which requires further investigation.
Outstanding service received as always from Karen in the service department. She is an absolute credit to your team and a pleasure to deal with. She has 1st class communication via emails as requested with myself being deaf. Works very well for me:-)

Dealer put the wrong grade of oil in my M3. I drove it home only realised when I checked the paperwork. Had to drive it back to them for it to be drained and correct grade put in. Not very happy and won't be using this garage again.

Karen Clougher is always very accommodating when our cars are in for service, her service would always receive five star rating. I was dissatisfied recently when a punctured tyre was changed and my wheel was damaged in the process.

Seamless from arrival to departure. I booked a 90 min while u wait and used the free wifi to do some work. Car was ready within the hour and returned washed and vacuumed.
Because of the service I received . Maintenance done on time as I waited at the dealership. Well it was done quickly and efficiently.

The service team provided good service. They diagnosed my car visually and replaced the front tyres with relative speed and ease. Also, my car was washed twice on 25th May and on 1st June 2019.

The whole experience is actually very satisfying. We had a courtesy call to remind us of our appointment. On arrival I was warmly greeted. The job took 2 hours as I was told it would. Nice to be able to see into the service centre itself.
Quality of staff - both service reception and engineering
I am a Chartered Engineer myself and able to make qualative assessment .
No issues with the service on the day. Car was turned around in good time and the service personnel kept us regularly informed.

Undercover drop off is great.
Service itself & advisor were great. Issue is that my car came back with paint removed from the front bumper due to an over zealous valet with a jet washer, currently still trying to sort this out.
They have always been very helpful in my dealings with them.

Service I received was adequate, however the cars paintwork was scratched presumably when it was washed, I mentioned it the following day, emailed a picture and was asked to make an appointment for them to look at it. I am struggling to find the time
The fault was found and corrected, not completely satisfied due to the fact that my 4 chrome tyre valves were removed and replaced with plastic ones. And only 3 chrome valves were left in my centre console tray.
My car was ready.. I was sat the other side of the glass screen looking at it for 30 minutes!!!! When I asked why no one was around to give me my keys the girl replied everyone was in a meeting.. Which I could see anyway!!!

Sytner Tamworth has been a completely different experience. I called them to state my car desperately needed a service and had warnings for oil and brakes. They fitted me in within 3 days! The customer service was fantastic, treated like royalty!

Despite my ongoing issue with the vehicle (please reference prior email), i have been very pleased with the service from Sanzhez at Sytner Tamworth.
Our car was returned with the same problem on three occasions. On the third visit, having had the car for three days, it was returned and we were assured it was fixed - it wasn't. We have since taken it to Cotswold BMW (local to us) and it was fixed.

Keith was very professional and polite and Staff offered ys a drink. All in all it was a good experience. The only thing the service schedule was not logged in the cars service history not sure why !!

Did not fix either issue, car booked in again, no loan car another wasted day. Asked for part to be replaced this time and was told they must follow warranty process.

I was expecting a loan car (but was a surprised with the early appointment date) but had to hang around. This was obviously a miscommunication problem. The speed warning defaulting to 4mph was accepted as a fault now but had reported it before.
Service rep was excellent. Went over and above to assist me and get the veh repaired. Also managed to get me a loan car at very short notice. I think his name was Stan.

My vehicle developed a whistling sound developed, plus a vibration resonance sound at 1400/1600 revs.The Dealer confirmed my diagnosis -faulty turbo and replaced under warranty after BMW UK had given authorisation. I had a loan car.

The last time the wheels were removed was by BMC technicians at Tamworth Sytner. If they were tighted so hard hard that it damaged the locknut key and even after purchasing new key I had to apy for removal, It should have been covered by BMW.

Waiting to book cars in and out is frustrating and could take less time
I was booked in for a specific arrival time, but had to wait 15/20 minutes until I could leave my car for its birthday check. I was also told the car would be cleaned for me. The outside was washed okay, rush job vacuum on inside, boot not touched.
Very clean, well organised and very efficient. Nice working zone whilst waiting for vehicle. (It was expected that my MOT would take about 90 mins but did in the end take around 120 mins and I did have to chase for progress)
Had the car services at the dealership for 3 years. The mileage is know to BMW. Was told it would only take 1.5 hrs for this survey, upon arrive was told it was 2.5-3hrs due to it being a major service. Ended up having to re-schedule a meeting.
Drive-in service centre is convenient, and I was kept updated about the repairs being undertaken on my vehicle.
Took out a X5 demo for the day. However the vehicle we were given had a number of faults which were apparent the moment we collected the vehicle, Broken passenger seat (no movement), Engine alert, Tyre pressure/unable to reset. Reps were aware
Can't fault the work but pricey
The process was good however i am not sure re the video my experience with similar ones they showed far more detail e.g the tyre thread depth was actually measured on them and the detail was deeper.

The service and MOT on my vehicle was carried out at the Sytner MINI dealership in Tamworth to my complete satisfaction.
I was kept informed of what was happening, and was given an expected time of completion of the service which was achieved.
I was completely satisfied with the service at the time, but became irritated 3 hours and 47 miles later when the Adblue warning light came on. Not a service requirement, but it seemed ridiculous that it was not checked as a matter of course

I opted for a service wash with my service and found lots of scratches in the clear coat that weren't previously there. It's easily done. I'm quite particular about my cleaning regime and honestly shouldn't have opted for the wash.

My experience is having to wait a long time to be seen once seated. There are employees walking around, not looking particularly busy, couple of staff manning the coffe bar, but customer service just seems slow.
I was very happy with the service. The only down side was that I had to wait a number of weeks before a courtesy car was available.

This is my 6th BMW & to be phoned the day before delivery to be told they had sold the car to someone else is not what I expect, so there has been a certain amount of stress involved in this purchase... continued in answer box below.

I was very pleased with Sytner's of Tamworth. They rang me on the Thursday to see if i wanted an up grade, which I said yes. I asked would it be ready for me to pickup the following Wednesday, which they said yes. The hand was all done very well.

At purchase, the BMW system advised the car was 'in stock', but it still took two weeks to get it to the dealership - including all of the Easter bank holiday. For the seven HUNDRED pounds you charged me for delivery, you should have done better.
I would have given it a completely satisfied if it wasn't for the hold up in port. Logistics need a little improvement. Build time was quick. Port to port was very slow. Port to dealership was very quick. I know this is not BMW's fault though.
Only downside is that this is the first car I have bought new without a cleaning kit; and I was under the impression my car would have had a wind deflector as part of the deal.

Would have scored 5 but oily marks left on white leather interior of passenger's door armrest/door pull which I cleaned off myself. Repairs required to paintwork defects on delivery, although dealt with very professionally by Mr Wale
The center at Tamworth is a credit to the BMW brand, the staff were attentive and the customer experience exceeded expectations. Adrian was able to bring the car delivery date forward a day with almost no notice and the handover was fantastic.
There is nothing that Ian and his team could have done to make the experience a better one. Ian was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, professional and he went above and beyond to ensure we had an even better car than we had expected! Everyone was fab.

Please see earlier comments. This is our second car from Tamworth and the experience for the first made the vehicle receipt very special. This is something we only do every 3-4 years so it is disappointing not to get it right this time.
