we are very satisfied with the service department at Tamworth. While i was there i asked for a price on the service that is due on our car, but we were informed that it already has a service pack on, which we weren't told about when we purchased it.
Mostly slick but the mechanic muddled the tyre tread readings.

its just not what I expect at BMW, surely they know how much oil should go in and alarm bells ring when only just over half was used. Three people signed the paperwork to say all was good. Yet i drove it when I returned to find the low oil warning
Never been to this dealership before but was impressed from the moment I stepped through the door. After a short delay due to being a new customer, the service was speedy and first class.
Very satisfied with the prompt and courteous service at Sytner Tamworth from Nichola Bailey. I opted for oil and filter change which I felt was a little expensive even at main dealer prices although was expecting this and I will retain full warranty.

The staff always look after my car and I really well.
Communication is my biggest frustration. To get anything resolved for my visit the start of September and previous I was the one doing all the chasing and not even daily, I could go a week plus without a response with is just not acceptable.
Really welcomed us and it was the first time my wife had a brand new car and was made to feel important. Such a nice reception by all.

I had expected the new tyre lubricant to be fully cleaned off and the previous wheel weights adhesive pads to be removed but they werent.
After initial issues with service the dealer principle got involved and phoned me to arrange for my car to be serviced. Since then the service was excellent!

the driver,s seat was not at the height i had left it but was at it,s lowest position from the floor and the passenger seat was as far forward as it could be and radio was on a different station. Would have liked tyre pressure checked and corrected.

Service light on dash is still on (annoying) even after service costing over £300. Basic things like this should not be overlooked. Not prepared to drive all the way back to Tamworth from Hinckley at my expense to get it sorted.

I have reported a noise on my car for 3years. I have a Bmw warranty. The fault was finally diagnosed & 'rectified' after I sent in a recording of the noise. Only to find the noise still happens after the repair.

Brad at Tamworth BMW, was incredibly helpful and worked to get the issue with mycare sorted in a timely manner. I had an issue whereby my car needed to return, due to poor workmanship. Hence 4stars. The issue was sorted following the second visit.
As previous answer. The aftersales care received gives confidence that BMW are an excellent manufacturer that will repair any underlying warranty issues. I would purchase another BMW for this reason alone.

The two members of staff I've dealt with, Chris Lewis and Gurpal Sahota, have gone above and beyond to make things as easy for me as possible even when there was a slight problem.
I was very satisfied with the service, the sfaff were very helpful and polite.
My car came out with more problems than it went in with. Pretty fundamental one with the iDrive system rebooting every 8 minutes! Also I requested for it not to be cleaned but it was and unfortunately it was scratched in the process.
All works carried out as planned.

largely brilliant and well looked after, I did look around some new and used product which I could possibly pursuaded by, but sales staff seemed reasonably uninterested. I thought it would have been a good opportunity to test drive something.
The MOT was completed quickly and efficiently to my complete satisfaction and all staff were helpful in answering my queries. The video of the MOT process sent by email later was a nice touch.
The sales representative Ian Haughey, explained the features of the car and how to use them in good detail. He ensured I was happy with their use before I left with my new vehicle.

The purchase and delivery were excellent. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is that with hindsight a more detailed explanation of the BMW connect app and the associated facilities would have been nice.
I was always greeted politely as soon as I entered the premises (unlike at Stratsone in Derby). The sales process itself was very easy and pleasant, the car arrived when I was told that it would, the part exchange valuation was entirely reasonable.
