I cannot fault Sytner Tamworth. They went above and beyond to help sort the issue with my car and ensure at no point was I without transport.
They put car back together so i could use it for a few hours whilst hire car was organised
Service completed quickly, great video sent to me showing me what was required. A lovely service advisor who kept me informed at all times.
All of the staff and organisation at Tamworth were excellent
I was left waiting for an hour to be seen by a receptionist. They had actually started to work on the car before I was seen by anybody There was confusion with another customer and my bill was reduced to compensate. However it should have taken 1hr.

Two issues were raised 1) Exhaust blowing and 2) Squeak from wheel. These were advised as not been found but are both still an issue on the car.
Log books wasn't sent out and I got a fine , had to come back twice to sort out paperwork not completed correctly

Poor post service
From booking the appointment complete with loan car at short notice, to taking the car into Tamworth, the time given to me by your young lady representative was impressive. Collection of the car was a pleasure. A very good all round experience.
Service department were professional in all aspects
Lola was great, you feel welcomed.
Vehicle was in for its 'birthday' check, wash and clean. When I got the vehicle back it was very clean apart from at the bottom on the side skirts which the technician had completely missed.
Work done verified, work required advised, and quality and cleanliness assured. The price was confirmed prior to work being done, which meant no surprises.

Good service in the main, could do with a few more progress updates whilst waiting as the car came off the ramp almost an hour before my advisor spoke to me

I booked the car through the BMW website and was under the impression that I had booked a time slot for the recall repairs of 90 minutes, starting at around 10.45. However, the repairs didn't start until afternoon and took all day to complete.

The first time I took my car to this dealership I was impressed all round and my car was given back to me gleaming. This time I was less impressed by the how the car looked/lots of dirt still on the wheels despite having 2 new tyres fitted.

The care provided was exceptional.
As previous answer. The only thing that prevented it from being a maximum score was that there was a slight delay when I arrived to collect my car. That said, I think the reason was that the Body Shop manager wanted to explain certain things.
Excellent service from start to finish. Able to drive straight into reception bay and after few minutes of paper work drive away in courtesy car. Received a phone call a few hours later to say it was ready and picked up without problem.

Welcomed, car taken to workshop and I was kept informed of progress. Car was completed in a timely fashion washed and vacuumed. Very good service, efficient and reasonable cost.
The customer service adviser (Daniel) who dealt with me was very helpful and efficient. The work was done in the time promised and the additional items supplied were at competitive prices (two Pirelli tyres).

I was able to work easily using the facilities whilst waiting for my service. I was looked after very well and given regular updates on the progress of the service.

I was questioned why I didn't book the part I was getting fitted at this visit when the car was serviced 3 weeks ago. I was told when booking the appointment that the service team may not have time to fit the part as well as service - so why ask?
Of concern upon the car being returned a colleague pointed out that the bonnet, drivers side was out of line-a metal object was discovered under the bonnet(retained)-once removed the bonnet shut-not good.
Only negative is it can be difficult to get through to service when busy

I have been using Sytner since the 90's over which time the vfm has reduced. Used to be offered a curtesy car by default or a collect and return service. This is no longer the case which means that my day is disrupted whilst I wait for the car.

The Service Department did there best in trying to find the fault with the Alarm on my Z3, but didn't do so. It's now a matter of elimination, to see which Alarm Sensor is causing the problem, and this will take time.
Everything was handled effortlessly with little disruption to my schedule. The only reason that it didn't warrant top marks was the extended time taken for parts. I realise that this is an issue for BMW Germany but the buck stops at Sytners

Again - very satisfied with Debbie Perry I will give her 5. How can you service a car - ie change brake fluid and then few days later have warning for engine oil service etc and need another visit. Luckily Debbie got involved and things improved

I shouldn't have had to battle to have my car serviced. I told BMW 3 weeks prior to arranging the Fast Lane Service that I wanted to have it serviced early on the Service Inclusive Pack. They told me on the day of the service they wouldn't do service

It was a frustrating experience trying to book the vehicle in. We didn't receive the call back as requested and had to chase through a personal contact in the finance dept. There was no coordination in terms of what service was required.

The personal friendly and polite but items got missed during the service which was disappointing. I have been a regular customer of the garage now for around 3 - 4 years and purchased and assisted the purchase of 3 vehicles, this came as a surprise!.
Arranged courtesy car, was called 2 days before and told wirk eould omky raje 30 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours i told them to forget the wash as I had to go. Had to cancel golf match planned for 1 hour earlier!!!

Car was ready when I was told it would be, no hidden extra's, staff very efficient.
The initial work was completed as promised. Parts required for subsequent repairs to the steering were arranged for delivery and fitting the following day, and a courtesy vehicle was made available for the duration.

Great service every time
I was given conflicting information as to when the service was required ie at 18000 miles for one annually for another. + I was told about a service plan after the car had its first service and therefore no longer qualified.
The service received was modern, professional, polite and welcoming. While waiting for my car to be dealt with I was offered coffee and the waiting area facilities were first class. Lola , the member of staff who dealt with me was excellent.
Took 2 visits to sort the issue. In the end it was a software upgrade which I was told should have been found at first visit.

Could have been a tyre kicker, as it happens we were on our way round the corner to purchase another Audi TT roadster, popped in to Sytner on the off chance to peep at a Z4. None in showroom, however one was materialised to test drive immediately.
