Waiting to book cars in and out is frustrating and could take less time
I was booked in for a specific arrival time, but had to wait 15/20 minutes until I could leave my car for its birthday check. I was also told the car would be cleaned for me. The outside was washed okay, rush job vacuum on inside, boot not touched.
Took out a X5 demo for the day. However the vehicle we were given had a number of faults which were apparent the moment we collected the vehicle, Broken passenger seat (no movement), Engine alert, Tyre pressure/unable to reset. Reps were aware
Had the car services at the dealership for 3 years. The mileage is know to BMW. Was told it would only take 1.5 hrs for this survey, upon arrive was told it was 2.5-3hrs due to it being a major service. Ended up having to re-schedule a meeting.
Very clean, well organised and very efficient. Nice working zone whilst waiting for vehicle. (It was expected that my MOT would take about 90 mins but did in the end take around 120 mins and I did have to chase for progress)
Drive-in service centre is convenient, and I was kept updated about the repairs being undertaken on my vehicle.
The process was good however i am not sure re the video my experience with similar ones they showed far more detail e.g the tyre thread depth was actually measured on them and the detail was deeper.

Friendly service team
I was completely satisfied with the service at the time, but became irritated 3 hours and 47 miles later when the Adblue warning light came on. Not a service requirement, but it seemed ridiculous that it was not checked as a matter of course

Efficient, polite, good customer environment. Service rep did all she could to help me.
I opted for a service wash with my service and found lots of scratches in the clear coat that weren't previously there. It's easily done. I'm quite particular about my cleaning regime and honestly shouldn't have opted for the wash.
My experience is having to wait a long time to be seen once seated. There are employees walking around, not looking particularly busy, couple of staff manning the coffe bar, but customer service just seems slow.

The mechanics appear very good and the video report is good too. The front end team are also very welcoming and the garage well laid out. The downside is the valeting. My car came back as dirty as it went in. Shocking!
My only gripe is that my car is due a service, which could have been carried out at the same time; now I have to make another booking.

We were unable to test drive the car when we viewed it. It has been over a week since we agreed to purchase the car and paid the deposit but no contact since to update on progress.
Dropped my car off had a lovely cup of coffee and a biscuit a look round the showroom , went for a pizza down the road , came back car was serviced and washed and ready to go , fantastic
The car was not valeted as had been promised and the paper work (which was not ready when I collected the car) was not sent on to me subsequently, as promised.

It is expensive but this is definitely way above service standards I have experienced before again it's down to the planning and personal service given
My car had its first MOT and end of warranty check,later when service called and told me my car had failed the MOT as the passenger side windscreen washer was blocked and would be £200 to repair ridiculous ! Asked if should be under warranty it was
My complementary car wash was less than satisfactory.
Over three weeks since my car was originally booked in I still have outstanding issues. Experience has been stressful, costly and time consuming.
Good communication from initial booking, throughout repairs and on collection. I enjoyed the benefits of the undercover drop off and collection area.
Work was completed fully and in good time. Vehicle reception and customer service area is very pleasing and professional. Premium cars and their owners should have a premium experience at the dealership and the set up at Tamworth provides this
What's not to like ?? Car washed and vacuumed every time. Tea, coffee while you wait to be seen. If you don't like this you must be crackers ! Go and get a Ford serviced then you will understand just how good Sytner are.
Took a while for someone to come over, but service was excellent, and I am not sure what they used to clean the car afterwards, but it looked spectacular.
Did service and MOT as required. Would rather they had replaced the faulty light panel I had told them about before doing the MOT so it would have passed first time.
The fact that a loan vehicle is unavailable unless booked many weeks in advance is a problem to me as I have to rely upon other people to get me home from Tamworth and back again. In this recent instance my car required urgent attention.
Only the belief that there should always be room for improvement stop this from being a five-star rating.
good service and explanation of the service been done
From the moment I was greeted when driving into the garage to the moment I left everything was excellent. I asked if I could wait. I was given a voucher for John Lewis and was told the vehicle would be approximately one and a half hours. It was.
Gave me wrong information at the start about not being able to fix the car because I had to take it back to the dealership I purchased it from. But in the end it was fixed.
When I picked up the vehicle I found a paint chip on the outside of the drivers door, and all my settings in the vehicle had gone
Despite early booking, confusion in pre service confirmation. Badly managed servicing. Very poor when compared with Sytner Sutton Coldfield
No problems with everything completed satisfactorily relating to the sale.
Job done, plus QEP upgrade, car cleaned and I was kept up to date by your technician via video.

A very friendly and warm greeting followed by clear a precise information on the servicing of the vehicle. At all times considerate and understanding. Being able to relax in comfort whilst waiting for the car to be serviced is ideal.
Sanchez was very pleasant and professional. Others I spoke to weren't quite up to the same standard. One lady tried to tell me my car wasn't booked in until a week after, and when I asked her to check again she gave me a funny look.
After you had fixed my vehicle, you told me that there was an issue with my wheel, which i had not caused, but was sold to me in that condition.

The customer service at Sytner Tamworth is outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Despite my mistake of thinking I had booked a 90-minute service the service team made sure that my car was ready asap.
I was happy. But having to get a lift to and from the garage was challenging. It's dissapoinying that the option to have a car for the day meant another months wait to get a warranty repair done.

From booking in to collection and payment. Professional . On car clean missed 30% of alloys.Hence 4.
It took 2 attempts to get my faulty alloys replaced we had get the after sales manager involved in the end

Car was cleaned but the boot was totally missed inside and there was still lots of dust in the car.
The lady who dealt with me on the day of my car service was fantastic.
On arrival waited too long before being seen, indeed two customers arriving after me were seen first. Requested quote for bumper repair which was not carried out. Inspection picked up different bush as urgent, no phone call to make me aware of this.

Please see earlier comments. This is our second car from Tamworth and the experience for the first made the vehicle receipt very special. This is something we only do every 3-4 years so it is disappointing not to get it right this time.
There is nothing that Ian and his team could have done to make the experience a better one. Ian was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, professional and he went above and beyond to ensure we had an even better car than we had expected! Everyone was fab.
The center at Tamworth is a credit to the BMW brand, the staff were attentive and the customer experience exceeded expectations. Adrian was able to bring the car delivery date forward a day with almost no notice and the handover was fantastic.

Again Chris bent over backwards to help out and get me in the car as quick as was possible, even offering to pick me up from the train station, going the extra mile.

The Sales team worked hard to find me the best deal that suited my budget. They were able to secure a deal on an X3 for the same monthly cost as my X1.
Lewis and Martin went above and beyond to make this deal happen. They found solutions to some logistical issued and successfully delivered the car to my home address.
As above, overall a good experience unfortunately watered down at the delivery stage. Sales contact very helpful and stayed late to try to accommodate our difficulty with being able to show-up for delivery at late notice.

Purchase was very good. In respect of handover I would have preferred for the handover suite to have been used as the base for the whole handover experience. Something that I and my family have experienced in the past.
