Great service, very happy with the quick turnaround. Hire car given to me while my car was in, which is great.
Only slight niggle was the time we were kept waiting to be seen, but at least we were informed what was happening at all stages
Despite some initial misunderstanding about what work was or was not covered by warranty I was satisfied with the repairs that were completed.

Basically we were surprised that a service was not required due to low mileage, however the MOT was necessary and there was a recall procedure which we were not aware of to be carried out.

Excellent and didn't move my drivers seat or steering wheel position as requested. Only a small thing maybe though can be so irritating when this is ignored.

Service as ok Im led to believe and they found the car still in good condition. It surprised me to hear they said the brake pads would need changing shortly and it was disappointing to collect the car not washed as they told us there was a mix up.
On two occasions I have had my car in Sytner service department .The first time I was charged for extra servicing that I was not informed about and the second all the work that was agreed prior to arrival was not carried out.
I couldn't fault the service, much superior to any I have experienced elsewhere.
Great service and the final cost was lower than originally quoted.

I would have given "Completely satisifed" but there was no courtesy car available so had to call upon neighbours for a lift to/from Tamworth.
Kept up to date throughout, nice surroundings while waiting and offered refreshments. Car cleaned before driving away.

Vehicle serviced on time.
Car failed MOT due to bulge on one tyre. No tyre in stock so had to bring it back. Wrong size tyre on paperwork. Luckily I spotted it and rang through and the correct tyre was then ordered.

Health check completed. Regular updates on how the vehicle was. Fixed a faulty sensor under warranty.
Very efficient with pre service reminder. The drive in bays are great when its raining. Nice to be offered coffee while waiting. Also nice to have the car cleaned!

I took my car in at the agreed time, and was called back as soon as it was ready for collection, which was pretty much to the minute i was told it would take. My car was also cleaned to a good standard and the handover was professional too.
