Dropped car they did the work and called when complete. A shame no courtesy car available.

Comfortable to wait in with facilities available and scrupulously clean throughout. Details of service or updates explained clearly and kept informed throughout my wait. Car clean inside and out when back to customer. Great customer service.

I was completely satisfied with my service experience Debbie Perry my Service Advisor was very friendly and professional. I highlighted an issue with slight corrosion on a couple of my alloy wheels and very impressed with the response.

From the moment you drive into Tamworth you are looked after, everyone is so friendly and efficient. My car was booked in for a pre birthday check and I asked if I could have it mot`d as well when I arrived. No problem at all.

Sytners Tamworth have not solved the electrical problem with this 5 yr old BMW, it has to go back for further attention on 28th August.
largely brilliant and well looked after, I did look around some new and used product which I could possibly pursuaded by, but sales staff seemed reasonably uninterested. I thought it would have been a good opportunity to test drive something.
The MOT was completed quickly and efficiently to my complete satisfaction and all staff were helpful in answering my queries. The video of the MOT process sent by email later was a nice touch.

The staff at Sytner (particularly Gurps) were very helpful and instrumental in helping put my case forward to BMW for assistance with the repairs. The work itself was carried out quickly and has transformed the car which is now running like a dream.

Identified a fault that I was unaware of and although they had the vehicle overnight I was not billed for the wheel alignment the vehicle was booked in for as a 'good will' gesture.
Ok on timekeeping / time told it would take to service the car
Very detailed video footage of what was happening with my car whilst on the ramp. Also excellent customer service.
Since the original car purchase I've met Deborah Perry a few times over the last 2 years as part of my ongoing service plan and she really does take the effort out. I literally drop the car off in the teams capable hands and she does the rest for me.
It was done when it was convient for me and in the time space

The Service Centre staff are very good.
Professional and friendly. Would have been completely satisfied if after my oil change the odometer hadnt been incorrectly reset. A minor issue that was dealt with promptly but only because I spotted the issue as I started the car up to drive away.

My dealings for servicing etc. have been stress free due to friendly andhelpful people at BMW. Any questions or queries have been dealt with tomy satisfaction.
Service was good. Had a price for a full service though which was £150 more than Kwik fit which seems excessive for same service
Always efficient. Greeted by a rep when we arrived, explained about what is to take place, received a video of the service and rung to tell us to collect the car. Well looked after from start to finish.
