It was chaos. I asked for the passenger door to be checked as it wouldn't open, the car was in for its MOT so I knew this needed to be fixed, I also asked if the drivers seat belt could be checked as it was sticking. I can't add anymore no characters

I was satisfied with the service, but I was disappointed that I had booked for a 90 minute service but it actually took a total of 3 hours. I had a young baby with me, hence booking the 90 minute one, so would have preferred it to have stuck to time

The car went in for 2 issue to be diagnosed. The car was dropped at 8 in the morning and was not touched until gone 4 that same day. One issue was fixed the next day and the other issue I feel I was fobbed off with (remote software upgrade issue)
