Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were highly efficient and very easy to deal with. They dealt with everything we could possibly have wanted and more. Everything was explained in a very straightforward way. The purchase only took a week.

I have given a 4 out of 5, as the car had several dirty marks on the interior, which require myself to use a cleaning product to get them off the hard and soft materials. I have noticed a couple of minor superficial scuffs on the exterior.

My car is still at shop they order for the coolant pump and it will take time to come. Now they are taking around 1 week to getting part. They wasted my 1 month to repair a car As well my money and time. 'm not happy with work.

I am satisfied with the service experience but I have noticed a cover underneath my vehicle is broken. It looks to have been damaged when the car was on the ramp. I noticed this today when changing my tyres.
