My interaction with Tom has to be one of the best experiences I've enjoyed with BMW Tamworth - or other car brands - he clearly knew the technical detail, but was empathetic to finding a solution that worked which was much appreciated.
Everything was completed as promised and I was kept updated at every step of the process

During a routine service there was an issue with a fuse needing to be replaced. It was replaced FOC and I was given a courtesy car for the day.
Very pleased with service usually Inside of car is cleaned but wasn't this time not even touched. Usually comes as standard with every service I've had done

The only downside was I was told that the service and MOT would take approximately 90 minutes when I booked the car in. The actual service and MOT took around 210 minutes
