Very professional, through this pandemic
They had checked my car for a possible fault i had told them about within twenty minutes.
On time and i was kept informed
Sarah Pajor was very efficient and very curtious on the service day and her attention to detail was grate. She sorted out my finance and I was able to pay online while I waited for the car service to be completed.

The scheduled brake fluid service was carried out in a timely manner and a very thorough vehicle inspection was carried out to provide a detailed report with video confirming the condition of the vehicle in minute detail for my assessment and action.

NINETY POUNDS TO BE TOLD THE BATTERY WAS LOW. SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IT NEEDED A NEW BATTERY.AND I WOULD HAVE ONE FITTTED.
I brought the car in to have the washer jets cleared, they managed to service the car, fix the washer jets and top of my ad blue which was great. I also liked the video that was sent showing work being done on the vehicle.

Good service - I just dropped in one day as the car had a load of faults pop up. They squeezed me in, diagnosed it, ordered the parts and fixed it the next day.

The only let down with the service I received is that I was not given a loan vehicle for the day. At the time this was no loan vehicles available for 4 weeks and during the pandemic I was not allowed to stay inside the dealership
