My expectations were low given a 1.5 hour waiting time. Waiting experience was good with adherence to Covid rules and access to TV. Car cleaned inside and out and within less than stated time. Staff were good and there was no sales pressure.

Although the first time my vehicle went in, the problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly, I had to bring it back due to a coolant leak. This was quickly rectified though and was given a loan car so I wasnt inconvenienced.

Garage checked my car battery for me as it has been unreliable during recent lockdowns when the car wasn't used much. There was no charge for this service and in addition they did a free health and safety check on the car and washed it for me.

Very pleased with service usually Inside of car is cleaned but wasn't this time not even touched. Usually comes as standard with every service I've had done
During a routine service there was an issue with a fuse needing to be replaced. It was replaced FOC and I was given a courtesy car for the day.
The only downside was I was told that the service and MOT would take approximately 90 minutes when I booked the car in. The actual service and MOT took around 210 minutes
