The only let down with the service I received is that I was not given a loan vehicle for the day. At the time this was no loan vehicles available for 4 weeks and during the pandemic I was not allowed to stay inside the dealership

Courteous and professional staff when I recently took my car in fit its first service. I informed them of a couple of minor issues with the car which they addressed and resolved during the service.
The precautions for COVID-19 were well organised, the team were welcoming and the service was carried out as promised.
I was impressed with their Covid protocols . The experience was friendly and efficient and felt personised . When I bought the car I explained to the salesman that a Bmw could be obtained anywhere but I was also buying into Sytner. So far so good.
Considering the current problems my car was dealt with efficiently.
I required a new battery as a matter of urgency. My vehicle was treated as an emergency which is vital to me. As this was the day before second lock down, well done to the team at Tamworth.
The car developed a problem the day before New Year's Eve. Sytner manged to get the car in New Year's Eve and the problem was solved that day.
Looked after by Deborah Perry who took delivery of vehicle on arrival and followed up later with phone call to arrange collection. Very organised and professional, excellent service.

This was a free winter check , with rear brake pads replaced. I also mentioned the battery charge was very low and warning signal had come up because the car had been little used due to covid 19. A new battery was fitted and registered straight away.
