Vehicle should not have been sold as was. I.e. loose rubber trim on boot, faulty headlamp washer, unbalanced wheels, under inflated tyres, stain on centre console

Microfilter Service carried out and two recalls done. Just seems expensive, £222 for an oil change and look at the car.
While the car was being serviced I was able to see the car, the service engineer sent a video and the hospitality was second to none

I was offered endless amounts of coffee while I waited for my car to be checked over, which is a bonus. I was complimented on the car which was nice.

When I booked the repair I was told the part would be in stock and the repair completed on the day. I was then promised the car would be ready by 9.00am the next morning but the wrong part arrived. Consequently I was without a car for nearly 2 days
What is there not to like ? Coffee, warm reception and a 530d courtesy car ! After having this car for 2 days there is no need to test drive a Jaguar for my next car the decision has been made a 530d.

Best BMW dealership I have dealt with and Karen Clougher was very helpful.
Despite car not been booked in, it was sorted straight away due to the fault light coming on. This was very much appreciated as I don't live local but happened to be nearby when the problem occurred.

The staff are extremely helpful and polite. Not 5 stars as my car had a dirty footprint on drivers side and the windows were splashed with watery mud? My seats had been altered and so had my steering wheel position which was a bit of a pain!

Drive in Bay to be met by an operative who took the car. I was led into a comfortable waiting area and served coffee. Kept fully informed of progress including a video of the check and was able to work effectively from the cafe area.

I had another very satisfactory visit to Tamworth. They dealt with everything efficiently and having Brad deal with everything makes it personable I did have a problem with my phone connections but the meet and greet person sorted this for me
Very satisfied. Only slight niggle was that lights were not on auto setting (which I always use) when I collected car and I took a little longer than ideal to realise this.
Fairly satisfied only due to the issue above regarding cost of the service. It was left until I turned up with my car to be told that it was 3 x the amount.

My dealings with Karen and the service team were great, I couldn't fault them. Although I was looked after by the staff making drinks while i waited there were also times they made me feel uncomfortable - they could have acted more professional.
The staff are easy to deal with. It was a simple process to book the car in and they were easily able to answer all of my questions.

BRAD DID ALL HE COULD TO HELP GIVEN THE ISSUES I'D HAD
Was running late for a course due to an accident. Explained this to the showroom who immediately dispatched a driver to get me to work on time and then brought the car to me before the course finished. Car was also valeted to a v high standard.
Car went in on the 12th informed repaired on 18th went to collect to be told another fault found finally collected on the 31st! Both parts had to be ordered from Germany, they take an age to come from Germany.

I have my company BMW serviced at another main dealer, who have not provided me with anywhere near the level of service that Tamworth provides, even though it was just a very small repair.
See above. Also the service reminder was not reset and I had to go back to get this done.
When car was presented to me after the initial repair I pointed out that suspension height was incorrect. But too it was right!.....It was clear the car was riding high. This was obvious. No acknowledgment of inconvenience.

The lady who dealt with my car during service and repair was excellent, the same can't be said for the service and repair process, the courtesy car was a small 3 series with no fuel in the tank, dented and poorly maintained
Once the drop off issue had been solved, it was easy to deal with. Some damage was done to my car but Bradley kept me informed and was very informative
My service adviser Danielle Smith was very polite and knew exactly what my requirements were. She quickly proposed a solution that I was extremely pleased about.

Limited availability of courtesy cars restricts service booking dates.Courtesy car insurance excess of £750 is extortionate. Seems designed to force customers to pay the c£12.50 in order to reduce that. Backwards step in terms of customer service.

Not able to speak to an engineer regarding cars faults.
We were asked if we wanted the car to be cleaned and valeted, despite being in the w'shop over the weekend the inside was dirty when returned.
Would be higher but too expensive. Service contract recently expired but was not offered a new contract?
Service was second to none, but was very expensive compared with non franchise BMW dealer who could have carried out the same work.... £130 or so per hours labour is too expensive....

When I booked the car for MOT I was informed that the MOT could take up to two hours. I knew that my BMW was in reasonable order and therefore thought that sounded about right, I was really pleased to collect my BMW early with a clean bill of health.
My car had to be keep in for the work to be undertaken and without asking, I was offer a curtesy car for he duration

The service was very good, however, I did pay for the brakes to be cleaned as the were squealing. The brakes started squealing again after two days. I will be returning for this to be rectified in the New Year

Service was great, however we had some slight damage to the car when we collected. This was rectified but it meant the car going back to the garage for several days within the first week.
