Exciting news as the long awaited relocation of Sytner Sutton Coldfield to Tamworth is finally underway! A number of team members at Sytner Sutton Coldfield volunteered to brave the January weather to help get underway and transform the dormant land at the prestigious Ventura Retail Park in Tamworth into superb retail facilities for both the new BMW and MINI sites. I was told when dropping my car off that they would "do all we can with the price" which I (perhaps foolishly) believed. When collecting, the invoice showed the same price as the day before and it was shrugged as off as "oh there's nothing we can do"

Immediately upon arrival on site I was made to feel welcomed by professional and friendly staff. Ample cups of free coffee were provided when and where required, the service was completed quickly and the car returned wonderfully clean.

Service was faultless but loan car was not the best given that I had not driven a manual transmission for 10 years.I am also still waiting an a response requesting BMW financial assistance on a faulty roof light blind due to a manufacturing failure
Was supposed to be going on a road test with a techician, when i arrived I was told no need as they knew what the problem was. I was also very clear and specific about the issues with the vehicle during booking and checking in. (Cont'd Q2 comments)

I had to wait longer than i anticipated -other than that everything was really good.
Initial service was good but since tyres were refitted the APS warning light has come on. Will be revisiting the dealership on 13th June to have this re-looked at.
It took too long to repair my car - 3 days for a simple sensor. First the item was missplaced in the box and then I've spent 6h waiting for the repair.

The issue with my car was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the service was warm and personal.
Servicing was fine. However the customer service was quite poor. I was not kept updated about the progress of the work and when I phoned myself I was informed someone would phone me. Two hours later I had still not been phoned and had to do so myself

I had problems booking this appointment through "central reservations" but the staff at Tamworth and Aaron at "central" did an excellent job.
Everything was good from start to finish.the car had been taken there after a call to BMW assistance who were good, but the people who pick up the car and Enterprise were poor..

The initial contact and meet/greet was very good. Unfortunately, I needed a new tyre on the MOT and when I inspected the car later on that evening found the alloy of the tyre was marked quite badly from the re fit. I have had it refurbed now .

Unfortunately after the service my vehicle developed a fault which needed BMW assistance to rectify. The fault was a plug that had not been reconnected in the engine bay and was clearly not checked before the work on the car was completed.
I dealt with Natalie who was very efficient. Answered all queries I had.There were no problems at all.
No effort was spared by the technicians in dealing with an obscure noise from my my 330d recently bought from Sytner Sheffield; I was also grateful to Nichola for keeping me fully informed of the progress. An excellent service!

Because of the extortionate cost per litre, last time my ad blue was added at BMW Nottingham for £26. Also I was told 30 minutes and it took 1 hour 20minutes.

All great apart from when collecting my car I had to wait half hour before I was seen to. The rep told me he wasn't aware I was in even though I was greeted by someone when I arrived & he took my details & told me he will let the rep know I was here.
Job completed well and car clean but no explanation of exit process from service bay
I requested Bridgestone tyres when I booked the job in. The invoice said Bridgestones, but the engineer fitted Continental tyres. I was also charged more than what was agreed on the phone. I was refunded the difference however still have wrong tyres.
I was pleased with the way it went.
Debbie sorted out everything necessary to get my car repaired as soon as possible while keeping me on the road. A rental car was arranged to keep me on the road while my failing clutch/flywheel was replaced I didn't have to wait for a loan car.
Work was carried out very professionally & quickly. Very easy to park & stress free.
Unfortunately, when we got home we noticed the car had not been washed well with dirt staining on the boot and rear panels, and car was not buffed/polished.
