All the work was done as expected, car cleaned well, slightly late pick up and return to what timings were agreed up front
The car was collected and returned on time and we were kept informed of progress throughout the day.
I dropped off my vehicle at the agreed booking time of 10am and requested for it to be ready by 15.00pm. I recieved a call at 14.30pm to advise that it would not be ready until 16.00pm as it was only just going into the work shop.
The work was carried out to a very high standard but it took longer than I was originally told as I was sitting and waiting for my car. I was however looked after very well

I have been waiting for a phone call for two weeks from this Monday the 13th. My BMW has aN issue with a peeling lacquer coat that is awaiting a warantly claim and still I am waiting! The misfire from cold was not diagnosed.

My only concern as a Deaf customer of a prestigious brand was access. Following my service I recived a video clip showing my car number plate, I had no access to the information.I need to lipread your engineer on film. Or him to feedback.

Ended up having to wait 4 hours for the car to be serviced. When I booked the car service, I informed the person taking the booking that I would wait whilst the car would be serviced. I was told it would have to wait an hour or so - not 4 hours!
All the problems I had after the car repairs were fixed properly and they also serviced the car at the same time, saving me time and booking another appointment.
Very satisfied, we my service, it cost more then I thought it would though.

The paper work given in relation to the work carried out was not our vehicle registration.And new part is required and ordered but the mechanism and boot fittings etc just left.
The service was not completed correctly and later that evening I had to have the car "emergency recovered"

The initial experience for attending the centre for an MOT was met with a forthright ' the rear brakes need replacing at 800 miles and the service is due at 1750 miles do you want those done today? 'I said No as hadn't expected such cost
Work completed OK. Shame the run flat tyres are not repairable. I don't remember being offered tyre insurance at the point of sale, and I might have taken it out knowing the cost of tyres.

Called yesterday with regards to tyre pressure light appearing on dash. Advisor asked me to pop in at 8.00am and engineer will reset it. advised I was at work at 10am,i was in BMW for 1.5 hour as they were very busy

I had arranged a pick up and drop off service. Upon inspection the car had a tyre problem and a replacement couldn't be found 'til the following day so I had no way of getting home and back the following day, the dealer had no options to assist
I was welcomed with a smile , offered a drink while I waited and the service staff were friendly , helpful and very polite
I booked online and the price was £170 online. When I visited the site I was told it was £225 and the extra fee is because that's a fee for clearing the sensors. They took my phone number down wrong and told me I'm lucky as it should of been £250

My car had a rattle that only occurred occasionally when going over a bump and was therefore, difficult to diagnose. The BMW technician found the cause in the roof operating mechanism and adjusted it and now the car is fixed. I am very satisfied.

I can't give 5 stars because when i inquired I didn't receive a call back, when I requested a test drive it wasn't ready. However once I actually got to a salesman everything went perfectly - Lewis and Adrian were fantastic.
I got the car I wanted at the right price. The saleman (Daniel) was attentive, but not pushy as was the business manager. The reception team were equally as helpful making it an pleasant experience.
