They would have got a 5 but they could not even look at the car for a few days so they gave me a courtesy car that had to come from a hire company. We waited four hours. It was not really syntners fault . It was the hire firm.

Service interval not reset on dashboard read out and after 2 messages left with no response I have given up

Cant give a top score as I was told on the day that the work carried out that the work is £100 more than quoted when I booking the car in for service. I was also left sitting in the waiting area for 50 minutes when collecting my car.

I was kept waiting a very long time when I first went in to make enquiries about repairing / replacing the windscreen on my car which had been smashed by a stone chip. From memory kept waiting about 40 minutes!

Our usual service experience has not been matched by the last visit with car KJ02YNA. Following theft of YJ64XCH, the thieves also took keys to my wife's car KJ02YNA.You were instructed to carry out work.Since then persistent probs with the ignition.

The system of preserving the MOT anniversary date were not explained to me even though the MOT was not due for another 6 weeks. When I brought the car in, the service adviser realised I had made a mistake and gave me 2 options, which was helpful

I had brought one car in with a fault that made it unsafe to use and it was booked in very soon. Whilst being picked up our second car broke down in the car park. It was also booked in and diagnosed straight away and the parts ordered and fitted.
Friendly staff, easy drop-off, great facilities and could even work and have a coffee whilst watching my car being serviced.

I did not take my car to Tamworth it was Sheffield, as always very polite and professional, no hassle a real pleasure to take my car into sytner Sheffield, Richard Holmes couldn't do enough for me, nothing was too much trouble.

I was completely satisfied with my service experience however it was not at Sytner Tamworth as this question suggests it was at Sytner Sheffield. My experience was very simple and efficient from start to finish.
Overall the service I received was first class. The communication from the staff was excellent from making the booking through to collecting my vehicle. The work was done to a high standard.
Fantastic new dealership, very professional and car returned in good condition. Loan car clean and good quality. Negative is the maintenance prices which are astronomically high !!! Well I guess you have to pay for the coffee bar somehow !

The car was booked in for a service on Friday 22 July and was only ready for collection on the following Tuesday owing to a problem with tyres not being available. Whilst causing big issues for me I did feel that somehow it was my problem and not BMW

Everything went according to plan, my car was collected by John and I was kept informed with details of work carried out.
I was struggling to find an appropriate time for the service as you have moved I can no longer get to you and to work on time in the morning. You were not very accommodating given it was you that has moved.
It was a good, positive experience from the start to finish.
The only complaint I have with the service is the lack of communication between service centre and customer. When contacting the service department it took 3 attempts before the telephone was answered.
I was given very good advise my Mike in service. Very honest too as I had been given false advise elsewhere that work needed to be carried out that BMW told me did not. Very good service.

super facility ultra modern
It is disappointing that Sytner Tamworth cannot replace something as simple as a headlight jet washer without having the car in overnight. Also the car came back dirtier than it went in with scuff marks on the drives' side foot-well

The new Tamworth Showroom is like entering a large hospital. There appears to be lots of Medical staff but no one who was interested in my problem - a flat tyre! The tyre expert was busy. I needed to wait. 2 hours later I finally get away. Too long!

The service and new premises were excellent and gave a very positive impression. Unfortunately, I had to return to the site again a few days later to have my computer re-set, as it had not been done following the service.

I was told when dropping my car off that they would "do all we can with the price" which I (perhaps foolishly) believed. When collecting, the invoice showed the same price as the day before and it was shrugged as off as "oh there's nothing we can do"

Matthew Holmes is a massive asset to the company. He gave us outstanding service from the second we walked in to us collecting our car. Previous experience really put me off buying a BMW but Matt has definitely reassured me.
Excellent salesman discussed my options courteously and thoroughly. Car imaculate and on time. Plenty of time allowed to discuss new features. Delighted with new purchase and will no doubt return to Sytner when the time comes.

There wasn't any additional extras being offered at discount rate as part buying a new car. No power point in the back of the car for rear seat passengers to use iPads/IPhones.
