Very pleased with the reception and the prompt attention on arrival,however was not happy about the extended wait for the completion of the service on my vehicle.

Service carried out efficiently, within promised time frame and returned fullyvaleted.
Always a good experience but this time the management system didn't work on return of vehicle. No sat nav and no links to music. This came on half way through the day after reporting it to BMW and didn't then need to go to the service centre.
Everything I was told when I took the car in was followed.
I was well looked after on arrival and communicated with aporopriately throughout the day.
Dropped car off collected replacement within minutes
The experience was just as you would have expected it to be- the car was in and out in the agreed time, I was looked after well by the staff and it was a very pleasant trip!

Very crowded parking - had to park on some others company parking spaces. But the service given was exceptional - gotten in with a warning light, expecting having to return another day; was suprised to have it done within waiting time. Great!
Good customer service
Parts unavailability meant that the work could not be completed to the original schedule meaning a second booking was required. Not a major issue for me though.
Sent car in for investigation into water residue in rear tail lights. Not only did they complete the investigation within the day, when I went back to collect they had also completed the work replacing the lights so I did not have to take it back in.
AS soon as I entered the allocated undercover service area I was greeted instantly and everything was professionally explained to me as I was shown to a seated area and offered refreshments.

It's is lovely all the nice bits the well come on a rival but I really do think that's why all those things we pay for.that's why you are expensive.

The service is always outstanding
The service was basically fine but the car had to be kept for over 2 weeks whilst a part was sourced. One of the issues I asked to be checked was the pedestrian safety system and that does not work at all now

GREAT SERVICE, AND ATTENTION.
I had a new windscreen fitted and the reason for the visit was to polish out marks which should have been spotted when the windscreen was originally fitted. Clearly, it wasn't cleaned or inspected after it was fitted.
can not fault the experience from the greeting at the roller shutter to the handing back of the keys on completion

The whole experience of booking, attending the site, and collecting my car after the service had been completed was very good . Sytner were professional in all aspects. However an issue with the air con is being investigated on 3rd May .

The experience was good. However, on arrival my contact disappeared and I was left wondering what was required of me?Also on handing the car back, the free wash and vac was very poor. Some parts of the car were dirty.Everything else was perfect.
Very satisfied with the service experience at Tamworth but noticed that the computer on the car was not updated still showing service and brake fluid needs attention although the paperwork shows it has been carried out.

Routine service was absolutely fine. The stop/start has not worked on my car since about September last year. I was told it had been held off due to the battery not being fully charged. I measured voltage at 12.1v engine off and 15.1 engine running?
Car still not fixed after 3 months with non-working parking sensors. Long delays "booking it in" and the need to "book it in again" after yet another month following the "diagnosis" that the parking sensor was not working! (No s**t sherlock! )
They did what it said on the tin, and in the time specified.

Very personal and professional
This is the second time I've had to make repeat visits to get an issue resolved. On this occasion the real fault was missed when I first had the vehicle inspected so I was severely disrupted when it was rendered immobile with no notice.
I took my car to BMW at Tamworth for its three-year end of warranty check up on entering the front door people were very courteous and helpful offered me a cup of coffee and biscuit why I waited for an assistant
Excellent service and respect for the customer, car was sorted out as agreed and loan car was a great benefit too.

I took the car in on Thursday with a minor problem and was given an appointment for the following morning. While the car was at service I was told what was necessary and the cost for the repair. This was about what I expected.

Prompt response to my phone call an engineer came to me very quickly got my car running I drove to Sytner in Tamworth who did an excellent health check which was videoed to me there was a software problem with my car that was soon fixed. Excellent !
My problem was fully recovered and handled with expertise.

service guy, gurpal, was very helpful and told me what was being done to my vehicle and advised me on the time it will be completed and was also very efficient as I had places to be and he took that into consideration to give me info and be efficent
Visit to track loss of coolant -cost £90. Advised hose leak (cost £215.33) and crank oil seal leak (cost £565.40)- reduced to c£300 BUT may need new clutch given oil leak (clutch already replaced but not the oil seal). Water loss increased - con'd 2

It would be 5* except that when I booked I was told the car did not need a service only an MoT. When I arrived I found it did need a service so had to hang around much longer. But staff were helpful, pleasant etc so not as bad as it might have been.

I feel completely ripped off by the service my vehicle recently had. £429 for an oil change is ridiculous.
Went in, was greeted politely, dealt with quickly, and left to roam around until the car was ready. Couldn't ask for more.
The staff and the actions due to the part not being available at that time prevented the car being driven. A replacement vehicle was organised promptly until the car was repaired.
