The staff at Tamworth have a focus on the customer and they make me feel valued every time. The service and the valet were all completed on time and to my satisfaction
service provided by sytner Tamworth was good but car is still faulty.
Good expereince on booking in - drove straight in. Had to wait a while for someone to join me to hand over the keys, but very professional. Service was completed swiftly and called me back ready for collection. Liked it had been washed/hoovered.

Problem not fully resolved, needs further work and therefore my and your time.A more detailed road test would have revealed that the problem was not solved- I realised within a few minutes of driving the car.

Now I have been once I may return or I might go to the BMW garage my husband uses. There is a Sytner near the hospital I work in so I may also consider that as it would be convenient.

The service was very good, however, I did pay for the brakes to be cleaned as the were squealing. The brakes started squealing again after two days. I will be returning for this to be rectified in the New Year

Carried out my MOT and necessary work, even sending me a message from the workshop, so that I could authorised the work whilst the car was at the garage, meaning that additional trips were unnecessary.
Excellent Service, quick replacement loan vehicle as the one provisioned wasnt big enough.
The service itself was completely satisfactory but the length of time i had to wait for the car to be cleaned was too long in view of the fact that i had a urgent matter i had to deal with in future i will probably decline this option

It is now apparent my car was wrongly diagnosed from the start, the car had parts fitted that were not the cause or effect of the problem. There was a lot of trust placed on this centre to identify/fix my car and return to me, this did not happen.

Service staff were impeccable throughout, from the meet and greet to the handover it was a well oiled machine. The actual vehicle service appeared comprehensive and gave me full peace of mind about the condition of my vehicle being a recent purchase.

Whilst the services operative was polite and totally honest the issue was that a tyre which had been ordered for me was allocated to another car, thus when I arrived I was told that they would have to send off for a replacement.

Dropped car off at service point and given back 2 hours later washed and Service completed as planned, car given back after a wash and mini vac
Boight a BMW with 5 year service plan, got told brake fuel needs changing every 2.5 years. Basic maths says 2 fluid changes should be included. But no, only one is included!! Courtesy car given at 8am on working day with only 1 gallon fuel in tank!!!

Further to point 1 above, all works were completed and the car was returned in pristine condition. I also found the Service Video very useful to see the condition of the underside, tyres & brakes.
Service took longer than promised
Happy I got the car back soon, although I wish it had been seen first thing in the morning, and fixed before picking up the children. I also understand this is not always possible, but if it had, I would have been 'completely satisfied' and 5 stars.

Ive had 2 recent visits. I would give the body shop visit 5 stars, but only 4 for the car service visit as I felt as if was all a bit scripted as less personal. Maybe the member of staff was new?

As above. Quoted a very expensive price for replacement of two rear tyres that have some wear left in them. I have achieved much better price in same make etc at local tyre chain. This reflects a credibility gap.

Amy Richards was an excellent sales person. Her style was informative but not to pushy. Throughout the whole experience she kept me informed on the progress of my new car and always returned my calls or replied to my emails in a timely manner.

This would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the receptionists at BMW . Time after time they don't seem to pass on information when I ask for a call back and they have given me the wrong details on holiday opening times which caused me inconvenience

The delivery of the car was perfect. Martin took time to explain the controls and set the phone and radio channels. All the people I have met at BMW have always been helpful and willing to assist.

The experience second time around (i..e on delivery) was excellent however it was the second attempt. The first vehicle was missing items of spec. The salesman and dealership were brilliant in resolving this though.
I felt the seriously high standard service and personality of the team was truly genuine. I can usually see straight through the false sales pitches which puts me right off (Audi)!!!Credit to BMW for hand picking a top team at Tamworth!
