Debbie in service is a one stop shop and just sorts things out ! A nice touch was to be made a coffee by the DP and have a chat about product.Seems dealerships understanding the sales dept sell 1st car and service dept sell the 2nd 3rd and 4th ....
Sytner didn't correct any of the three warranty items. They said one wasn't covered, one needed a £99 upgrade and the last (a daily noise that even our neighbour commented on) they couldn't hear. I may take it to Benham BMW in Wolverhampton.
Customer experience was very good, I was treated fairly and all warranty work was completed to a standard I expect from a premium vehicle brand.

It would be worse had this visit not been borderline satisfactory. Despite a recall I just came in for a new cap on number plate, only to get it home to find the rear cap has fallen off while you've had it. Quality checks!!

They would have got a 5 but they could not even look at the car for a few days so they gave me a courtesy car that had to come from a hire company. We waited four hours. It was not really syntners fault . It was the hire firm.

Cant give a top score as I was told on the day that the work carried out that the work is £100 more than quoted when I booking the car in for service. I was also left sitting in the waiting area for 50 minutes when collecting my car.

I was kept waiting a very long time when I first went in to make enquiries about repairing / replacing the windscreen on my car which had been smashed by a stone chip. From memory kept waiting about 40 minutes!

Our usual service experience has not been matched by the last visit with car KJ02YNA. Following theft of YJ64XCH, the thieves also took keys to my wife's car KJ02YNA.You were instructed to carry out work.Since then persistent probs with the ignition.
The system of preserving the MOT anniversary date were not explained to me even though the MOT was not due for another 6 weeks. When I brought the car in, the service adviser realised I had made a mistake and gave me 2 options, which was helpful

I had brought one car in with a fault that made it unsafe to use and it was booked in very soon. Whilst being picked up our second car broke down in the car park. It was also booked in and diagnosed straight away and the parts ordered and fitted.

I was completely satisfied with my service experience however it was not at Sytner Tamworth as this question suggests it was at Sytner Sheffield. My experience was very simple and efficient from start to finish.
Overall the service I received was first class. The communication from the staff was excellent from making the booking through to collecting my vehicle. The work was done to a high standard.

The car was booked in for a service on Friday 22 July and was only ready for collection on the following Tuesday owing to a problem with tyres not being available. Whilst causing big issues for me I did feel that somehow it was my problem and not BMW

The experience was more akin to an all inclusive holiday than a day at a garage! Faultlessly polite staff, enough lattes to last a week and robust communication at every stop of the way.

Replacement vehicle wasn't satisfactory
I was struggling to find an appropriate time for the service as you have moved I can no longer get to you and to work on time in the morning. You were not very accommodating given it was you that has moved.
Everything went according to plan, my car was collected by John and I was kept informed with details of work carried out.
The only complaint I have with the service is the lack of communication between service centre and customer. When contacting the service department it took 3 attempts before the telephone was answered.
It was a good, positive experience from the start to finish.
I was given very good advise my Mike in service. Very honest too as I had been given false advise elsewhere that work needed to be carried out that BMW told me did not. Very good service.
Lovely Centre in Tamworth, Nice welcome and hospitality, good selection of models and specs on display and very nice to see an Alpina in the flesh. Sales and Business Managers both great throughout the process (Chris & Nick). Happy with my second BMW

Great service from sales person. Finance manager was not interested after the initial agreed sale. Also another little thing when buying my last two Mercedes they have always give a token gift. Umbrella etc Its a nice touch, but not BMW. Its a shame.
